ER-FA Kft. has been engaged in the production of lumber since 1993.
Our company's main activity is the production of unedged lumber and, by further processing, the production of semi-finished and finished products of different types of wood.
At the beginning, the company's activities started as a sawmill with log processing and mining wood production, and then with constant development we reached a higher and higher level of processing.
One of the most important aspects of ER-FA Kft.'s activities is to satisfy the customer's needs at the highest possible level and to achieve the highest possible output from the wood.
Our defining activities are the following:
In our factory, we deal with the processing of deciduous hardwood. (Turkey oak)
Lumber production: production of lumber intended for further processing. Primary sales are made to Western European countries.
Based on the needs of our customers, we produce semi-finished and finished products of various sizes, as well as construction industry raw materials, which serve as raw materials for furniture manufacturers and manufacturers of interior design products.
Parquet raw material production.
Fence slats: according to individual needs.
Our company has an FSC certificate.
Our company is 100% privately owned.
Process of wood processing:
Purchasing saw logs: Saw logs processed in our plant are obtained from the surrounding forestry farms. After cutting the tree, we take it over the forestry loader and then deliver it to the site.
Processing of sawn logs: Planks completed by sawing are placed in unit stacks with joint strips. After partial drying, the boards are cut longitudinally with a series cutter. Slicing is performed by a cutting machine that optimizes error pronunciation. Sorting, then unit batch training follows.
Drying: KENOBI drying equipment is currently in operation, with 4 drying chambers. The combined nominal net lumber capacity of the drying chambers is 176 m3. (a truckload of finished goods/drying room). The wood is gently dried in automatically controlled drying chambers to the predetermined moisture content.
Delivery: After drying, the semi-finished and finished products that have passed the final inspection are bundled on pallets and covered with foil to protect them from the effects of moisture.
Manufacturing of other products: Fence slats, stakes and other products according to individual needs are made by further processing the wind boards remaining after sorting.
Material not suitable for the production of products is used for thermal engineering purposes.
