Presentation of project content:

Our tender project aims to increase the capacity of our main lumber production activity by purchasing a high-tech SERRA Montana ME110 band saw. Main technical parameters of the device to be purchased: Cutting length: 7m. Main engine power: 22 kW Aggregator: 3 kW. 12 cutting programs. Saw blade size: 100 mm The acquisition of the equipment can broaden the existing product range by about 20 products. Commissioning and commissioning the machine will increase the plant's performance by about 30%, and we will be able to make much more precise cuts and work safer compared to existing technologies. In terms of quality assurance, we calculate a 30% reduction in scrap for target cuts.
